We are excited to welcome you to the Scorton Shores Association web site!

Scorton Shores Association established in 1963 is a private residential community consisting of 140 properties and the Riverveiw School. Located on the north side of Route 6A East Sandwich situated between Scorton Creek and Sandy Neck Beach, our community is accessed by Hammond Road leading to the ten “Captain” Road loops.

Homeowners have deeded use to our private beach on Cape Cod Bay with access by way of the elevated 200’ boardwalk, right of ways, two beach staircases, along with private parking privileges each leading to exceptional sunrises, sunsets, sandbars and miles of sandy beach.

Scorton Shores is conveniently located with quick and easy access to quality schools, walking and biking trails, fishing, kayaking, conservation areas, numerous dining options, along with unique retail shops, medical services and more, all within minutes of our homes.

We have created SSA’s website to provide homeowners with more convenience and opportunities to get community information, announcements, and access 24/7 to association news, alerts, documents, contact information, plus much more.
